In addition to the normal presentation of The 2026/2027 BOD and Officer Appointments, Treasurer's Reports, Multi-year Budget Forecasts, Special Events Schedules, and the Lake Preservation Program Activity, we are doing something new.  The Lake Board has been preparing a registry of topics to share with members in attendance and ask for a show of hands  to determine which items the Lake Board and Committee Members should address in the coming year(s) and which items should be  put on the back burner.  

We hope everyone will appreciate this straw-polling activity!  Send your discussion topics to the LaKe Board via the new Contact-us Page on the Association Website.

Got too much stuff?  Our lake will team up with Hidden Springs and Cedar Springs to hold a community rummage sale.  Advertising and signage at the entrances of our subdivision will be provided.  

Gather your 4 person team for a 9 hole Scramble at Two Oaks Golf Course on June 20.  Tee time is 4:00 with a dinner to follow for golfers and non-golfers alike.  See the Event Flier (Web page) for more details.

Celebrate Independence Day by joining the July 4 boat parade!   The theme for 2026 is anything DISNEY!  Characters, movies or theme parks, the choice is almost unlimited!

Calling all kids!  This family event has it all; a fishing contest, prizes and lunch.  What it doesn’t have is a chairperson to organize it so a new volunteer is needed. If that volunteer is YOU, please reach out to anyone on the Board or Events Committee.  A special thanks to Mike and Tammy Fischer who have kindly organized this event for years. 

Spend the afternoon boating around the lake while collecting your poker hand at the piers of seven (7) lake neighbors.  Then head over to the Stan-O-Genes pavilion for a potluck dinner and more fun!  The top 3 poker hands win cash prizes! 

Park your cars along Oakwood lane and hand out treats to the kids as they show off their Halloween costumes.  Chili, cider and bonfire to follow. 

There is no better way to ring in the holiday season than with your lake neighbors at the annual Silver Springs Lake Christmas party.  Cocktails, dinner and festivities held at a local establishment.
