Location: Neshkoro Community Center Gymnasium.
Time: Meeting starts at 9:00 AM, but come early for Donuts Juice and Coffee.  
Topics:  As usual we will introduce the elected 2026/27 BOD Members and Officer Appointments, Capital Improvements, Lake Preservation Program Activity, Treasurer's Reports and  Multi-year Budget Forecasts.  New this year, we will be consensus 'straw-polling' to determine what everyone in attendance thinks about a long list of community topics.  (These will be distributed to all members in-advance via Email)

Steve Manlick (Lot 136) has volunteered to chair this event. which is planned to take place at Two Oaks Golf Club on Saturday June 20, 2026.  It will be a 9 hole scramble with a 4:00 p.m shotgun start.  A buffet dinner for golfers and guests will follow.  The price will be $25 for Golf and cart +$20 for the Dinner Buffet.  

This will be a friendly game of golf. with Prizes for: First Place $50; Second Place $25; Longest drive: and longest putts (on designated holes).  Each qualified team must have at least 1 woman golfer.  And teams will be be formed by drawing names out of a hat - - to encourage socialization. 

Bring your little ones dressed up in their favorite costumes. Parked in vehicles along Oakwood Drive, the neighborhood residents will have treats to share.Details of next event
